  • Tequila Sunrise

45 ml tequila and 90 ml orange juice over ice, then let 15 ml grenadine sink to the bottom – do not stir.

  • Jack Rose

Shake 50 ml calvados or applejack, 20 ml lemon juice and 15 ml grenadine and strain into a chilled coupe.

Alcohol-free

  • Shirley Temple

The alcohol-free classic: ginger ale over ice, 20 ml grenadine, a squeeze of lime and a cocktail cherry on top.

  • Roy Rogers

The cola counterpart: 20 ml grenadine over ice, topped with cola and served with a cocktail cherry.

  • Virgin Sunrise

Orange juice over ice, 20 ml grenadine poured in slowly – the Tequila Sunrise gradient without the alcohol.

Kitchen & pâtisserie

  • Fruit salad & vanilla ice cream

A dash of grenadine over fruit salad, melon or vanilla ice cream adds bright colour and fruity sweetness.

  • Pink icing

Stir icing sugar with a little grenadine – a bright pink icing for doughnuts, cupcakes and biscuits.
