  • Guava Sunrise

Built like a Tequila Sunrise: tequila, orange juice and 20 ml syrup over ice, then let JOHN’S Grenadine sink to the bottom.

  • Guava Daiquiri

Shake white rum, fresh lime juice and 20 ml syrup ice-cold and strain into a chilled coupe – fruity and clean.

Alcohol-free

  • POG Lemonade

Like Hawaii’s cult juice POG: orange juice with 20 ml each of JOHN’S Guava and Passion Fruit, topped with soda over ice.

  • Guava Lemonade

30–40 ml syrup, lime juice and soda over ice, with fresh mint – fruity and summery.

Coffee & tea

  • Guava Jasmine Tea

Cold jasmine green tea with 30 ml syrup, a squeeze of lemon and ice – as served in Taiwan’s tea houses.

  • Guava Iced Tea

Cold black tea with 30 ml syrup, lime slices and fresh mint over crushed ice – fruity and refreshing.

Kitchen & pâtisserie

  • Cheesecake with guava

Drizzle over cheesecake or cream cheese – in Brazil, guava and cheese are a classic pair called ‘Romeu e Julieta’.

  • Pancakes & fruit salad

Drizzle over pancakes and waffles instead of maple syrup, or add to a fruit salad with mango, papaya and lime.
